Hopebridge is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, and we're looking for a talented Clinical Director of Functional Assessment to join our team in greater Phoenix, Arizona

As our Clinical Director, you'll play a vital role in shaping our organization's approach to the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior. You'll lead our interdisciplinary Grand Rounds structure and work closely with local teams to identify and support high-risk cases.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing KPIs, hosting regular assessment and treatment design sessions, delivering comprehensive clinical case support, and collaborating with various teams to address complex behaviors and treatment adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective KPIs for regional physical management and grand rounds admission and maintenance outcomes
  • Lead biweekly (or as needed) assessment and treatment design sessions using the PFA and SBT framework
  • Provide advanced clinical case support by navigating complex case reviews, data-driven decision making, and compassionate evidence-based treatment protocols
  • Collaborate with local teams and other Hopebridge departments to address underlying factors impacting child and family outcomes
  • Analyze internal clinical decision logic reports to inform clinical support strategies for BCBAs, Assistant Clinical Directors, and Clinical Directors
  • Evaluate and escalate clinical matters to senior-level clinical leadership for enhanced support and resolution
  • Cocreate and deliver competency-based training on the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior with a focus on the PFA/SBT philosophy
  • Pursue ongoing follow-up with Grand Rounds cases, encompassing coaching, progress monitoring, and evaluation of satisfaction with the Grand Rounds process
  • Share knowledge of Hopebridge's initiatives at professional conferences and in peer-reviewed publications
  • Contribute to creating engaging continuing education events and workshops

Expected salary range: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on your background and experience. We offer an excellent benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
