Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Roofing Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves working closely with existing and prospective customers to develop solutions for property protection. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining professional relationships, conducting property inspections, managing a strong pipeline of opportunities, and collaborating with internal departments throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Foster excellent relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive business growth.
  • PROPERTY INSPECTIONS: Conduct thorough property inspections to identify potential issues and provide customized solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to execute marketing plans, manage lead generation programs, and create marketing collateral.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Roofing Project Management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in customer relationship management and sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $**85,000 - $110,000**, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
