Position Summary
The Line Cook plays a crucial role in our kitchen, focusing on the assigned station. This position is responsible for preparing both hot and cold dishes in accordance with the Chef's guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency in every meal.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and organize the station according to the Chef's requirements.
• Complete daily production and inventory lists as needed.
• Collaborate with chefs to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Cook meals to order, ensuring proper temperatures and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation throughout the shift.
• Store all food items properly at the end of the shift.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team regarding production needs.
• Follow recipes accurately and utilize kitchen equipment safely.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chef.

Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in food preparation is necessary.
• Culinary degree or relevant training is preferred.
• Knowledge of sauces and dressings is advantageous.

Work Environment
This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and work in various conditions, including wet and hot environments. Physical demands include lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
