Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group, including task delegation, workflow management, and document processing.
  • Draft routine correspondence and memoranda, and update recurring reports as assigned.
  • Answer phones, take messages, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Open, screen, and route mail, and manage faxes and email.
  • Assist with time entry, process new business intake, and related forms and correspondence.
  • Process expense reports and invoices, arrange check requests, and monitor through completion.
  • Arrange travel and prepare itineraries, maintain attorney travel and desk profiles.
  • Coordinate or assist with printing, scanning, copying of documents, and sending of same.
  • Provide legal research, case support, and project assistance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and one year of internship or professional experience preferred.
  • Professional services industry experience a plus.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Portable Document Format (PDF) software.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently with guidance as part of a team.
