Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm, is seeking a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to support the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. This role will provide administrative, secretarial, and document processing support to the assigned Practice Group, emphasizing superior client service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Office and experience working in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for utilizing Task Delegation and Workflow Management software to receive, enter, and update assignments, and will communicate effectively with supervisors through the software and directly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group, including drafting routine correspondence and memoranda, and updating recurring reports.
  • Answer phones, take messages, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, as well as arrange audio and video conferences, and reserve conference rooms.
  • Open, screen, and route mail, manage faxes and email, and assist with time entry.
  • Process new business intake, related forms, and correspondence, and process expense reports and invoices.
  • Arrange travel and prepare itineraries, and maintain attorney travel and desk profiles.
  • Coordinate or assist with printing, scanning, copying of documents, and sending of same.
  • Provide legal research, case support, and project assistance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and one year of internship or professional experience preferred.
  • Professional services industry experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently with guidance as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work overtime required.
