Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate construction operations, including building and renovating commercial properties.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Read and interpret job specifications and plans to ensure quality projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Review and coordinate project plans and specifications at the job site.
  • Conduct inventories of materials, anticipate needs, and requirements, and coordinate with the project manager for uninterrupted material flow.
  • Supervise subcontractors and uphold project schedules and budgets.
  • Permit supervision, including scheduling inspections and meeting with inspectors on site.
  • Create work logs on a daily basis and coordinate with staff on interior designs, furniture, branding, and technology installations.
  • Communicate directly with all parties throughout the project duration, including architects, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders.
