  • Engage in negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing for components and materials.
  • Foster and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure prompt delivery and superior quality of goods.
  • Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and identify opportunities for improvement, subsequently developing and executing strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications and testing outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to all pertinent regulations, including safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and suppliers.
  • Strong grasp of procurement and inventory management principles.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Minimum of 3 years in procurement.
  • At least 2 years of purchasing experience.
