As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting up conference centers and meeting rooms for events, assisting with events across campus, and providing exceptional customer service to our students and guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Setup and Execution:
    Set up conference centers and meeting rooms for events, including tables, chairs, computers, projectors, sound, lighting, and other equipment.
  • Event Support:
    Assist with events across campus, including setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Customer Service:
    Provide exceptional customer service to students and guests, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Game Room Supervision:
    Supervise the Game Room, including signing in and out guests, and ensuring that game room equipment is properly maintained.
  • Event Execution:
    Set up, execute, and strike Sully Productions events, including Presidential and annual events such as Commencements, Hall of Honor, New Student Orientations, Sully Showcase, and Convocation.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
    Must be able to connect computers to peripheral devices, set up tables and chairs, and work odd hours including weekends and evenings.
  • Preferred Skills:
    Experience setting up sound systems and microphones is preferred.

Working Conditions:
This is a work-study position, and the selected candidate will be required to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
