The Role

As Compliance and Risk Management Professional, you will Support the Compliance program by identifying issues and collaborating with corporate leadership on actions. Develop and maintain policies, conduct risk assessments, and provide guidance and training on compliance matters. Work with stakeholders to monitor compliance activities, guide internal investigations, and stay informed on evolving legal regulations to ensure the business adheres to global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating risks
  • Provide guidance and training on compliance matters to employees
  • Monitor compliance activities and guide internal investigations
  • Stay informed on evolving legal regulations and ensure business compliance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality industry
  • Financial Management: Knowledge of economics, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic computer hardware, software, and internet
  • Mathematics and Analysis: Problem-solving with math and critical thinking for data analysis
  • Communication: Effective writing, oral communication, and reading comprehension
  • Administrative Skills: Strategic planning, resource management, and customer service
