The Job:

">

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time-management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions">
  • Select qualified job applicants and conduct phone interviews, referring them to managers when appropriate">
  • Schedule interviews, conduct debriefs, and serve as the point person for questions from candidates">
  • Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork, including offer letters and background checks">
  • Initiate onboarding sessions, provide benefits overviews, and manage onboarding for new hires">
  • Enter new hires into HRIS and ERP systems">
  • Support employment records, terminations, leaves of absence, transfers, and promotions">
  • Manage attendance reports, attendance programs, and employee acknowledgments">
  • Assist with payroll preparation, submission, and processing">
  • Navigate employee relations concerns and maintain confidentiality">
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations">
  • Carefully monitor legal compliance for all policies and programs">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (preferred)">
  • 2-5 years of work experience in an HR role (e.g., benefits, recruitment, training, compliance)">
  • HS diploma and equivalent years of experience (alternative qualification)">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of HRIS (a plus)">
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills">
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking">
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills">
  • Commitment to reliability, confidentiality, and integrity">

$63,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
