Customer Service Leader

Food Lion is seeking a Customer Service Leader to provide fast, easy, flexible and friendly service to our customers. As a key member of our Front End team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service to customers
  • Ensure store office functions are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintain knowledge of office procedures, including cash reports and register checkups
  • Ensure work station and front end area of the store has a neat and clean presentation
  • Perform tasks as needed to ensure service standards are maintained
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
  • Ability to perform the technical requirements of cashier and service center
