**About the Position**

The Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and Stem Cell Transplantation at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Health is seeking a PRN Pediatric Hematologist and Oncologist. As a leading academic medical center, VCU has committed itself to excellence in clinical care, teaching, and research.

**Job Summary**

The PRN Pediatric Hematologist and Oncologist will provide support to our division, working in a busy outpatient and inpatient clinical program. This role requires a dedicated professional who can participate in teaching, research, and service activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Teaching: Faculty member will have responsibilities in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology, providing mentorship to medical students, residents, and fellows.
  • Research: Faculty member will work on clinical, translational, and outcomes research with the division.
  • Clinical: Faculty member will serve as a pediatric hematologist and oncologist on a PRN basis for the Department of Pediatrics.

**Requirements**

  • Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
  • Demonstrated experience working in a diverse environment
