Job DescriptionThis role involves standing at the front of the store, greeting every customer entering or exiting with a warm smile and a loud, friendly greeting, promoting a sense of control and security.
Responsibilities- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Stand positioned at the front of the store, remaining vigilant and aware of your surroundings.
- Greet every customer entering or exiting the store.
- Possess a knowledge mastery of top shortage areas and support programs aimed at theft reduction.
- Effectively communicate information about theft prevention during store rallies.
- Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates.
