We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Liquidity Management team as an Assistant Vice President. This role will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the liquidity position and risk profile of State Street and its international entities.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of liquidity regulations and requirements, with 5+ years of experience in treasury, strategy, consulting or a related field. They will also possess strong written, verbal communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues by working with other areas within Global Treasury and business lines.

Key responsibilities of this role include developing and communicating key analytics around our liquidity position, engaging various stakeholders in liquidity trends and drivers, and driving communication of key analyses to senior management and regulators. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of the regulation and major drivers of LCR, NSFR and other key liquidity metrics.

As part of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure any liquidity metric changes or breaches are communicated and escalated appropriately. You will also interact with second-line-of-defense teams to respond to and remediate findings.
