• Insert, monitor, and remove IV lines, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process.
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment in the infusion room and sterile hood.
• Perform various administrative and customer service tasks, such as scheduling appointments and verifying documentation, while delivering outstanding service to clients.
• Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly requirements for laboratory and staff operations.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to walk, stand, and sit frequently; proficient in using compounding equipment and machinery; capable of reaching and manipulating supplies.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to thoroughness in task completion.
• Strong venous access skills, with the ability to easily access peripheral veins.
• Patient-focused with a dedication to high-quality care.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledgeable about various infusions, their purposes, and potential side effects.
• Ability to educate clients about additional services offered.
1. Active, unrestricted RN license in Arizona; graduate of an accredited nursing program.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in infusion therapy, having performed at least 15,000 IV insertions.
3. Prior experience in administering IV infusion therapy.
4. Current BLS CPR certification.
