Key Responsibilities- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments to patients in a safe and timely manner.
- Patient Assessment: Conduct daily assessments of patients' physical status and report any unusual behavior or conditions to the Charge Nurse.
- Healthcare Planning: Develop and implement healthcare plans for assigned patients in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as required to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
