About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Network Specialist to join our team at Midco. As a key member of our fiber infrastructure team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our cutting-edge fiber-optic network, ensuring seamless connectivity for our customers across the Midwest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform fiber-optic installations, upgrades, and repairs, working closely with our team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring maximum network availability.
  • Collaborate with our customer service team to address customer concerns and provide exceptional service, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of network activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fiber-optic network installation, maintenance, or related field.
  • Knowledge of fiber-optic technologies, including installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
