About the Role:

TechnoGen is seeking a highly skilled Identity Engineering Specialist to join our team. As an Identity Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SailPoint applications, ensuring compliance with development and process standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and onboard applications in SailPoint, ensuring compliance with development and process standards.
  • Support the full SDLC, including concept, requirements, design, development, testing, release, and production support.
  • Debug issues and ensure the system functions as expected, reducing orphan account counts.
  • Produce and maintain technical and business support documentation.
  • Apply enhancements to SailPoint applications and suggest scalable approaches and improvements.
  • Plan, execute, and manage tasks and responsibilities independently.
  • Develop and customize solutions to meet Client's IAM requirements.
  • Understand the business supported by the application.
  • Provide regular and proactive status updates.
  • Identify and escalate risks that may impact the application or project.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, proactivity, and a drive to succeed.
  • Display an excellent client service attitude.
  • Utilize expertise in core Java development.
  • Communicate effectively with a geographically distributed team.
  • Analyze functional requirements and translate them into solution designs.
  • Openly suggest scalable approaches and call out inefficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience as a SailPoint Expert, with expertise in implementing and supporting SailPoint applications.
  • Proficiency in the full SDLC, including concept, requirements, design, development, testing, release, and production support.
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts (JML, RBAC, Provisioning) and experience working with IAM solutions.
  • Knowledge of Application servers - Tomcat, WebSphere Application Server, WebLogic.
  • Database experience with DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.
  • Operating Systems: Windows, AIX, Linux.
  • Programming Experience with Java, SQL, Pl/SQL, PowerShell, Linux Shell Scripting.
  • Expertise in core Java development.
  • Experience in Access Reviews and Certifications in SailPoint.
  • Experience working with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a geographically distributed team.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience. TechnoGen offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
