Job Summary

Gana-A'Yoo Services Corporation, a leading provider of support services in Antarctica, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Steward to join our team at McMurdo Station.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness in public use areas.
  • Clean and restock supplies in common areas, dormitories, work centers, and recreational facilities.
  • Perform daily tasking in an efficient and thorough manner, as instructed by the Lead Janitor.
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority.
  • Participate in MCI trainings and drills as determined by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High school education or GED.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a custodial related or manual labor industry required.
  • Current ServSafe Food Handler certificate must be obtained prior to deployment to Antarctica.
  • Valid driver's license and U.S. Passport.
