About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Systems Engineer Leader to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a group of multi-disciplinary system engineers and ensuring that each employee has suitable work assignments and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities of a team of system engineers
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to technical oversight of employees and monitor program execution
  • Provide radar system subject matter expertise in direct support of program efforts and proposal activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience in empowering employees, leading and motivating teams, and fostering collaboration
  • Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance
