Job Summary:

At Sourcecode Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to provide exceptional medical nutrition therapy and care to patients, residents, and clients in a hospital setting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive medical nutrition therapy and care to patients, residents, and clients, assessing their nutritional needs and developing individualized nutrition care plans.

  • Develop and implement educational programs to promote healthy eating habits and disease prevention among patients, healthcare providers, and the community.

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery of high-quality nutrition services.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-year/bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

  • BLS Certification is mandatory.

  • The Commission on Dietetic Registration Registered Dietician certification is a requirement.

  • Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist-Pennsylvania (PA DN) licensure is necessary; eligible candidates with PA Licensure may be considered in lieu of actual licensure, but must obtain PA DN licensure within 120 days of employment.

  • Certified Personal Trainer through NASM may be beneficial, depending on the role's requirements.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
