Key Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Medical Director and Radiation Oncologists, the Radiation Therapist collaborates with the Radiation Oncology team to ensure precise treatment and simulation for patients. Responsibilities include:

  • Advocating for patient safety and care quality
  • Participating in performance improvement initiatives
  • Delivering radiation treatments in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, values, and departmental philosophies
  • Engaging in ongoing professional development
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy
  • State of Ohio licensure in Radiation Therapy
  • Associate's Degree or higher in Radiologic Science or equivalent certification
  • BLS certification
  • Maintenance of certification as mandated by licensing authorities

Preferred Qualifications:

While one year of experience is preferred, we welcome new therapists to apply.
