International Student Ministry Director

International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Ministry Leader to join our team in Los Angeles. As a key member of our ministry team, you will play a vital role in serving international students, building relationships with campus staff and organizations, and establishing partnerships with local churches.
Key Responsibilities- Serve International Students: Start Bible discussion groups, host events, and mentor at least one international student.
- Register and Maintain IFI: Register and maintain IFI as a recognized student organization and build relationships with campus staff and organizations.
- Establish Partnerships: Establish partnerships with local churches and mobilize volunteers to support our ministry efforts.
- Develop Financial and Prayer Partnerships: Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships by sharing the ministry's vision and goals.
- Adherence to IFI's Statement of Faith: Adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies.
- Faithfulness and Loyalty: Demonstrate faithful, loyal, and dedicated service to IFI's mission to extend God's love globally.
- Organizational Skills: Possess organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Be proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Bachelor's Degree: Possess a bachelor's degree (or higher) in education and/or ministry-related field or demonstrated experience mobilizing, training, and ministering to people.
