Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Clean and maintain condo-size units to the highest standards, including stripping dirty linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, washing dishes, making beds, and cleaning multiple bathrooms and counters.
  • Inspect units for stains, damage, or wear and take initiative to address any issues.
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols, and be able to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing demands and priorities.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
