Job Overview

SERVPRO - Fort Collins is a leading provider of water, mold, and large loss fire restoration services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mitigation Crew Chief to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of restoration processes and addressing their concerns.
  • Train and supervise Production Technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Perform production processes as scheduled, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate safety hazards, ensuring a safe working environment for occupants and employees.
  • Manage job files, ensuring accurate and complete project documentation.
  • Control costs, optimizing production projects and managing assets effectively.
Requirements
  • IICRC certification or equivalent training in restoration and remediation techniques is preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience in restoration work, preferably as a Crew Chief or similar leadership role.
  • Knowledge of restoration equipment, tools, and industry best practices.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and work in various environmental conditions.
