Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team on a PRN basis. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and providing speech and language services to homebound patients in accordance with our agency's admission policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' speech and language abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct speech therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate speech therapy services into patients' overall care plans.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech pathology.
Requirements
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Speech pathology licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license.
