Court Audit Manager

As a Judicial Branch Audit Supervisor with the State of Nevada-Judicial Branch, you will oversee audits of the judiciary and its programs. You will be responsible for monitoring the Nevada courts' procedural implementation and compliance with the Minimum Accounting Standards.
This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively manage a team of auditors. If you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for auditing, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of auditors, providing guidance and support
- Conduct reviews and analyses of operations and fiscal affairs
- Plan, perform, manage, and report on evaluations of various business processes/areas/functions
- Establish and monitor internal control procedures and reporting processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Prior government, regulatory, or internal audit experience
- Certification as a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Public Accountant, or other related professional certification is desirable
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
The salary range is based on the Employee/Employer paid contribution plan to PERS, and benefits include health insurance, vacation time, sick leave, holidays, retirement participation in the Nevada Public Employee Retirement System (PERS), deferred compensation, and no state income tax. In addition to these benefits, you will have flexibility and work-life balance beyond compare.
