As a Clinical Liaison RN at AccentCare, you will play a vital role in reimagining care for our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities to ensure seamless transitions of care
* Collaborate with the care team to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
* Provide education and support to patients and their families to ensure a smooth transition to hospice care
* Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our presence in the local market
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year

Requirements:
* One year of RN experience in local market with a strong knowledge of governmental home health regulations, Medicare requirements, and care plan development techniques
* Previous medical sales experience preferred
* Licensed RN currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
* Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and in good working order
