Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Fine Dining Server to join our team at Flights of Fancy Restaurant.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting menus and answering questions about food options.
  • Taking customer orders by writing them down or memorizing them.
  • Presenting orders to the cooks on behalf of the patrons.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Serving customers their pre-ordered food.
  • Observing diners to respond to any additional requests and determine when meal has been completed.
  • Totalling bills and accepting payment or referring patrons to the cashier.
  • Clearing or resetting tables at the end of each course.

In addition to these tasks, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service and create a positive dining experience for all guests.
