Job Title: Commercial Account Manager

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? As a Commercial Account Manager at Viking Pest, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our Commercial Sales Administration team to prepare and finalize sales quotes and contracts.
  • Partner with Branch Managers and Technical teams to showcase our innovative SMART solutions to potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a direct consumer sales or pest management role.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, with experience in PestPac being advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills, including database management and Windows-based applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively.
  • Aptitude for learning and retaining industry knowledge through various training methods.
