Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team at Leoforce. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working closely with our clients and their families to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care, ensuring timely and compliant documentation of care provided.
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care, administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as needed.
  • Provide health promotion, teaching, and training to family members, promoting a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians, obtaining co-signature of Case Manager on all verbal orders.
Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS.
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience, although not required.
