Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at LEAD Staffing. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Work Sites: Ensure that work sites are clean and prepared for installation projects, including removing debris and obstructions.
  • Assist with Material Handling: Assist in loading and unloading materials, machinery, and tools, as well as setting up work areas.
  • Support Installation and Service Teams: Assist installation and service teams as needed, including preparing areas for painting and other tasks.
  • Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Ensure that work areas are safe and secure, and that all necessary safety protocols are followed.
Requirements
  • Ability to Obtain Clearance: Ability to obtain clearance to work on naval bases and other secure facilities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and work at heights.
  • Experience with Tools: Experience with small hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and other equipment.
  • Working Safely: Ability to work safely on a construction job site, including following safety protocols and procedures.
