Build a Successful Insurance Business with Farm Bureau Financial Services

As a Farm Bureau Financial Services agent, you'll have the opportunity to build and manage your own business, educating others about how they can protect their families and improve their futures. This is more than just sales – it's about making an impact by ensuring your clients are protected.

Daily Tasks:

  • Meet with prospective and current clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Manage policy renewals and analyze coverage options to ensure clients have the right protection
  • Conduct claims processes, including visits as needed, to resolve issues efficiently
  • Keep accurate client and business records to inform decision-making
  • Work with underwriting to ensure seamless policy issuance
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow your business
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and product offerings to provide expert advice
  • Oversee your business, including budgets and hiring, to ensure long-term success
