Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pine Manor, Inc. in northeast Indiana. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our refrigeration and utility systems, ensuring the highest level of efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair refrigeration and utility systems, including ammonia refrigeration systems, industrial boilers, and water heaters.
  • Perform daily rounds of checks to ensure systems are functioning properly.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Assist in the maintenance of MSDS and other safety-related documentation.
  • Participate in the emergency responder team and perform lock out/tag out procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in maintenance and repair of refrigeration and utility systems.
  • Basic understanding of computers and ability to use software related to maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in extreme temperatures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
