Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Budget Analyst to join our team at V2X. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing budgets, schedules, and financial plans to meet contractual and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Manage Budgets: Create and maintain detailed budgets, schedules, and financial plans to ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions and ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Contract Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and manage contract-related financial risks.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and contract management, preferably in a government or defense industry setting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Certifications: Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) indoctrination.
