Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to maintain the condition of our properties.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to resident requests and resolving maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete minor repairs to homes and facilities, including seasonal lawn care and snow removal services.
- Remove trash and debris from streets, common areas, and vacant sites on a daily basis.
- Clean community common areas and work spaces, including the clubhouse, community office, restrooms, laundry room, and maintenance garage.
- Inspect common area amenities, such as the pool, spa, laundry, playground, and recreational equipment, to ensure proper operation and make repairs as needed.
- Provide general upkeep of vacant sites, including strap-downs, and complete a checklist of duties and repairs to community and vacant sites.
- Perform duties related to the well-water system, sewer system, or water meters, including water testing and reading, repairing, and installing water meters.
- Maintain community pool(s), test chemical levels, and adjust accordingly.
- Assist the community manager with supervising onsite contracted work and follow safety regulations and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
