Job Description

JobsRUs is seeking a highly skilled Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team in a Data & Reporting Analyst role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the I-Buy setup process within Oracle, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
  • Maintain Wholesaler Acquisition Cost within Oracle, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and process sales that come into the i-Hold queue, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Support customer registry in customer setup, identifying the correct class of trade and ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Support the quarterly PHS and DSH audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform I-Buy allocation threshold changes, product adds or deletes, and maintain GP attributes in Oracle.
  • Process WAC and List price changes in Oracle, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance.
  • Conduct PHS Quarterly audits and PHS eligibility checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Process COT inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Maintain GP attributes in Model N, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance.
  • Monitor the Contract Systems Mailbox for requests, ensuring timely and accurate response.
  • Work on special projects as they arise, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Requirements:

  • Specialized knowledge of commercial, technical, trades, or office operations areas.
  • High School diploma; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience required; 8 years of experience preferred.

Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional office environment and requires routine use of standard office equipment. The employee may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time, depending on the machine being operated. Travel is less than 5% of the time.
