Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment
  • Strong employee relations experience, including conducting investigations
  • Ability to work a schedule outside of normal business hours as needed to support a 24/7 operation
  • Ability to adapt to changing business and labor market needs
