A DAY IN THE ROLE
  • Leading and overseeing the entire site workforce, including both self-performing staff and subcontractors.
  • Tracking and reporting on project financials in collaboration with Superintendents, Coordinators, and the Project Manager.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between the Project Manager, clients, and field personnel.
  • Collaborating with the Site Safety team to ensure comprehensive safety measures are implemented across the site.
  • Ensuring adherence to Site Quality standards, facilitating the training and implementation of Quality initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Management across various trades.
  • Strong communication abilities, capable of engaging with a diverse team and addressing large groups (potentially up to 500 individuals).
  • Forward-thinking approach to safety practices and program execution.
  • Must be able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and relocate to job sites (100% travel with rotations).
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in managing self-performing renewable energy projects (Wind, Solar, or Battery Energy Storage Systems).
  • Familiarity with Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).
  • Hands-on experience in various trades (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc.).
