Program Associate

American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM) is seeking a highly skilled Program Associate to support the advancement of medical education initiatives through program implementation, evaluation, and coordination.
This role will ensure efficient day-to-day operations and administration of these efforts, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate task forces, workgroups, and events
- Prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure consistent communication to keep stakeholders aligned
- Support membership programs, including professional development and special interest groups
- Analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Contribute to quality improvement efforts by collecting and entering data, performing basic analyses, and generating reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- Customer service experience and ability to work effectively in a remote/home-based environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and basic data analysis skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

Compensation and Benefits:
This is a full-time position with health, dental, vacation and 403(b) benefits. The salary range for this position is $62,000 to $68,000 annually.
