Regional Manager of Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager of Operations to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across our region, driving business results through the quadruple bottom line, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the Snooze Compass: Guests, Snoozers, Craveable, Best of the Best, Individuality, Passion, Sustainability, and Community
  • Protect and grow the Snooze culture by utilizing Mothership support resources
  • Communicate effectively with the Vice President of Operations, management teams, and supervisors
  • Ensure timely and sound decision-making, with a focus on delivering expected financial results
  • Develop and implement operational key initiatives, with a focus on efficiency and innovation
  • Provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews to restaurant managers
  • Manage employee relations issues, human resource compliance needs, and regional/federal labor laws
  • Ensure the presence of sustainability practices and education in the restaurants
  • Support and coordinate with the Community Manager and Community Commander regarding restaurant events and commitments
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operating leadership
  • 5+ years of experience in full-service or casual dining in a leadership position
  • Ability to work 45-55 hours per week, with occasional travel required
  • Strong functional kitchen and restaurant operations expertise
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Basic math skills and ability to read, process, and communicate regarding financial statements
