We are seeking a skilled Echo Technician to join our team at Medical City Denton. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing cardiac ultrasounds without supervision, including transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform cardiac ultrasounds with technical skill and instrumentation knowledge
- Maintain equipment function and safety policy and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) within 6 months of hire required
- Technical or vocational training required
- Minimum 1 year experience in Echocardiography required
