ICI Services is seeking dedicated professionals to become part of our team. We are a reputable defense contractor specializing in Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare, and In-Service Sustainment for government clients across multiple regions. We are looking for a Senior Systems Control Engineer who is prepared to thrive in a dynamic and stimulating work environment.

Security Clearance:

  • Applicants must possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team in executing intricate engineering projects.
  • Conduct technical planning, system integration, and verification and validation processes.
  • Oversee cost, risk, supportability, and effectiveness analyses.
  • Collaboratively develop and manage analyses and testing throughout various lifecycle phases for products, including concept, design, fabrication, testing, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Guide a team in transforming customer or product requirements into effective solutions while considering technical, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Supervise teams engaged in functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to convert customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
  • Assemble and allocate resources for teams to model and create computer-based simulations.
  • Oversee the identification and resolution of obsolescence challenges.
  • Provide comprehensive managerial and financial oversight and direction for contractor personnel supporting the program.
  • Manage personnel staffing and budgeting for the contractor team and monitor resource expenditures in support of projects.
  • Prepare written and oral technical and administrative reports.
Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of ten years' experience in control system design and system architecture is highly desirable.
  • Experience with control system design and system architecture, particularly for multi-axis machinery control systems utilizing Programmable Logic Controllers, is a significant advantage.
Educational Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics.
