We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this role, which involves selling, identifying, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair services for customers. You will work closely with technicians to identify required maintenance, advise customers on necessary and recommended services, and offer additional services and repairs. Your expertise will also be utilized to compute the cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicles to the condition specified by customers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automotive or customer service industries, a working knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations, and excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with dealership management systems are also essential.
In this role, you will interact frequently with customers, service managers, and service technicians, and employees from various departments within the dealership. As a representative of Hendrick Automotive Group, you will be expected to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.
This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
