Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in women's health services to lead our clinical team. As a Clinical Women's Services Lead RN Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and overseeing the daily operations of our women's health unit.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the clinical team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Mentor and educate staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in Pennsylvania or a compact state
  • At least two years of experience in women's health services
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BLS certification
  • AHA ACLS and NRP certifications within six months

Penn State Health offers a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $123,000 per year, depending on experience.
