Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the migration effort, ensuring timely and successful delivery of the new system, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and keeping support costs low.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Ensure the quality of the codebase and operational excellence, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Customer Support org leaders and Engineering teams across Atlassian.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience as a senior Software Engineer, with 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead for a team of engineers.
  • Experience with Customer Support Technology, ticketing systems, and AI-powered solutions for customer support is highly desirable.
What We Offer

At Atlassian, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $234,100 - $312,100 (Zone A), $210,700 - $280,900 (Zone B), and $194,300 - $259,000 (Zone C), depending on location.
