Job Description

As a Solution Architect with our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solution architectures that meet the needs of our clients. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design: Develop solution architectures that meet the needs of our clients, considering factors such as functionality, cost, performance, scalability, reusability, and extensibility.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, managing their expectations and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop a clear vision and roadmap for the project, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present and communicate the project plan and progress to stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
  • Specifications and Standards: Develop detailed specifications and standards for the project, ensuring they meet the required quality and compliance standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the project's progress and quality, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices within the team, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex problems, identifying root causes and developing effective solutions.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise in the specified area.
  • At least 5 years of related experience.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and modelling skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good leadership and motivational skills.
  • Experience in modeling and graphic representations.
  • You have knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, experience with EA Tools, hands-on experience with architecture modelling and modelling tools.
  • Willingness to travel intercontinentally on a regular basis.
  • Fluency in English.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
