Competitive Compensation

Our Home Health Aides can expect a competitive hourly rate of up to $20, with direct deposit available. Additionally, we offer time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays, ensuring you receive fair compensation for your hard work.

Job Description

As a Home Health Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare of Leesburg, you will provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Providing personal care to clients as needed
  • Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Establishing communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
  • Providing reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Required Skills and Qualifications
