Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Associate - Cart Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with their purchases, including loading and unloading carts and flatbeds
  • Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, and offering alternative product options
  • Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to facility management
  • Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions, processing member purchases, and resolving member issues and concerns
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
