Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in critical care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of RN experience, 1 year of critical care experience, and must have critical access experience. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Float Pool setting
  • Work effectively in a team environment to prioritize tasks and maintain a high level of patient care
  • Participate in charge shifts and provide leadership to the team as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
  • IL state RN license
  • AHA BLS
  • AHA ACLS
  • AHA PALS
  • NIHSS
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience
  • 1 year of critical care experience
  • Critical access experience
  • EPIC experience strongly preferred
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic Float Pool environment with a team of experienced healthcare professionals. The Float Pool is a 40-bed unit with a 1:4-6 patient ratio. The candidate will also have the opportunity to work in the ER and ICU units.
